Mike Hall works with local farmers to hand select the purest and highest-quality juniper for his closely guarded gin recipe.


With each level of distillation the purest spirit rains through the five plates and 20 caps and trays of the still. The distilled grain and perfectly selected juniper produces a classic “London Dry” style of gin that is light bodied and great for mixing, infusing or straight out of a Mason jar.
